DMCA Policy

Batotoo.online respects the intellectual property rights of others. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright frameworks.

What Batotoo.online Is

Batotoo.online is an editorial website. We publish original written content including guides, reviews, and informational articles. We do not host, upload, store, or distribute manga, images, video, audio, or any copyrighted media files.

All written content on this site is original and produced by our team. If you believe any content on batotoo.online infringes your copyright, follow the process below to file a takedown request.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid copyright infringement notice, your request must include all of the following:

  1. Your identity. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by one notice, include a representative list.
  3. Location of the infringing content. The specific URL or URLs on batotoo.online where the allegedly infringing material appears. General references to the site are not sufficient.
  4. Good faith statement. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information before acting on a notice.

Where to Send Your Notice

Send completed DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent via our Contact Us page. Use the subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice.

We will acknowledge receipt of valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified content, within a reasonable timeframe.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe that content removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within the applicable period, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Batotoo.online has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We take copyright seriously and will act accordingly on credible, repeated claims.

Misrepresentation Warning

Filing a false or bad faith DMCA takedown notice may expose you to legal liability, including damages and legal fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Only submit a notice if you have a good faith belief that the identified content infringes your copyright.
